Dave Fogg is a Certified Public Accountant and has been in the homebuilding business for nearly 25 years in the Southern California market. Mr Fogg is the former Chief Financial Officer of Century Vintage and Inco Homes. Mr Fogg started Builders Capital in 1999 to be the premier, one stop for builders looking for secure financing.

Ken Rose is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joinging Builders Capital Mr Rose specialized in providing financial and practice management services to medical practices and physicians for Medical Management Professionals (MMP), a division of Century Business Services. Prior to joining MMP, Mr Rose worked with Ernst & Young as an Audit Manager in the Dallas, Texas office providing assurance and advisory business services for clients ranging from startups to multibillion dollar corporations. Mr Rose joined Builders Capital in March 2004.
