No. This is an initial step to start a conversation about your pipeline. Our team will connect with you to better understand your business before moving into a formal process.
What is an exposure limit lending model?
Builders Capital structures capital around your business rather than individual projects. We establish a defined capital capacity, up to $350MM, based on your experience, financial profile, and pipeline. Once your capital capacity is established, you can deploy that capital across multiple projects without restarting the full approval process for each one.
What types of loan products do you offer?
Builders Capital offers flexible residential construction loans, including AD&C All-inOne, New Construction, Build-to-Rent, and Bridge Stabilization.
Do you finance both development and vertical construction?
Yes. We provide capital for both development and vertical construction, and can structure solutions that support projects from acquisition through completion.
